IF SUCH INSURANCE IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL AND IS PRIMARILY FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES, SUCH INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, OR OTHERS WITH WHOM THE CONSUMER IS ACQUAINTED.
