What do I use the new system for?
New Artisan and Businessowners quotes and policies will now need to be entered using the new UFirst Now System.
Renewal policies will migrate over at renewal starting mid November.
How do I login to the new system?
You should have received a registration email from email@example.com that asked you to "Activate Account". You would have been asked to create a password. The new system requires your own individual login (your email address) and password. They are no longer shared.
If you have not yet received this, contact the person in your office that is responsible for systems access.
I forgot the password I set up, how do I reset it?
If you already successfully logged in:
– Click Need help signing in? and then Reset your password. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.
If you have never successfully logged in:
– You will need to reach out to Utica First Help Desk
Can I continue to access the old system?
Yes, existing quotes will be able to be bound for a short period of time before we turn off binding. Also, any existing policies will stay in the old system until they renew. You will continue to use the same credentials you always have for the old system. Your new username and password will not work here.
Who should I contact for questions using the new system?
You should contact your Utica First Marketing Rep or your underwriter for assistance with quoting and binding. Contact the Utica First Help Desk with any technical issues.
